Each person logs their own time against tasks — no screenshots, no click counters. Past days can be added and corrected.
Salaries become project cost
Each person's salary is split across projects by the hours they logged; hourly pay is counted hour by hour. Approved overtime goes into project cost too, while bonuses are deducted in the company-wide P&L. Bill rates can be set at nine levels, from a company default down to a single time entry — the narrowest one wins.

On Pro, open the project card and you see revenue, cost and profit as of today — Free shows budget against actual cost. You can catch a project going into the red while it's still salvageable.

An extra option on any Pro project: invite the client and they file requests with the budget they are willing to pay, while you accept, decline or counter with your own price. An agreed amount becomes project revenue in one click. Don't need it? Leave it off — the portal is disabled by default and the project stays internal.
Security built on three things: access, protection, deletion.
Access
Margin, P&L, salaries and bill rates are visible only to the workspace owner and company admins. Team leads see what they approve — hours, overtime, bonuses — never salaries or profit. Employees see their own hours, pay and assigned projects.
Protection
All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS with HSTS), and uploaded files are encrypted at rest. Sign in with a password, a magic link, a passkey or Google; two-factor authentication (authenticator app with recovery codes) is yours to switch on. Email is verified at signup.
Deletion
Export your personal data as JSON or CSV any time — we email a download link, valid for 24 hours. Deleting your account is confirmed with your password, or with a one-time emailed link for accounts that never had one. Your personal data is anonymised right away; work records stay with the workspace.
