I'm Andrii. I'm a developer and team lead: I spent years working under surveillance trackers, then in 2024 I took over a team of 7 and saw the problem from both sides. That's how AltOrbit was born — a tool that shows the real margin of every project without spying on the team.

How I got here.
Worked under trackers.
Developer at a studio. A screenshot every ten minutes, an idle timer, a click counter. Constantly switching between tasks, anxious, losing effectiveness. Reply to a chat message — minus ten minutes of productive time. You're a professional, but you're monitored like an assembly-line worker. And meanwhile, no one actually knows if the work is getting done.
Saw the problem from the other side.
Took over a team of 7 as tech and team lead, became part of the company's top management. It became clear: as an owner, you really do need to control delegation, task distribution, and the final result — but with a focus on the result, not the process. Screenshots don't help with that — they only get in the team's way. A different kind of tool is needed.
First commit.
Started building the tool I'd been thinking about for years. Something that structures the team's work, helps control projects, wraps up results, and saves money — while staying convenient, comfortable, and not provoking the kind of rejection most trackers do. A tool that works for the studio owner, not against the team.
Early access.
The product is in active development. Looking for the first studio and agency owners who recognize themselves in this story. Next up: tasks inside projects and an optional client portal — the client posts requests and proposes a budget, you approve or counter with your price.
