Tickets and boards — where the work happens
Every project gets its own kanban board with your columns. Tickets carry keys like WEB-128, a description the team edits together live, subtasks and blocking dependencies — and the timer sits on the ticket, so you see the budget burn as you work.

Projects — budget against actual cost
Free gives three projects per workspace, archived and internal included; Pro removes the cap. Every project shows hours and money spent against its budget, with milestone progress and due dates, and notifies owners and admins in the app and by push when a threshold is crossed. Full project P&L is Pro.

Compensation, rates and overtime
Bill rates can be set at nine levels — from a company default down to a single time entry (the rate cascade); the narrowest one wins. Team salary and hourly pay automatically become project cost, and that is what produces a real margin. Entering salaries, rates and overtime is free; Pro is what unlocks the computed margin and the P&L.

Time tracking — no screenshots
Start and stop the timer with one button, attach the session to a project and a ticket, and fix hours after the fact — until the finance period is closed. Hours roll up into weekly timesheets; in the browser the timer keeps working offline, and everything syncs across devices. No screen capture, no click counters, no activity tracking — and a timer nobody confirms is stopped at the end of the work day, so phantom hours never reach cost or the client.
