Yes. Cancel from Stripe Customer Portal in two clicks — your team keeps Pro until the end of the billing period.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
Your workspace automatically moves to Free. No card on file means no surprise charge.
How does per-seat pricing work?
You only pay for active members. Invited but not-yet-joined users don't count. Adjust seats anytime — pro-rated.
Refunds?
First 14 days of any new subscription: full refund, no questions. Email support@altorbit.app.
Pay in EUR or UAH?
USD only at launch. EUR coming Q3 2026 via Stripe adaptive pricing.
Discount for non-profits or open source?
Yes — 50% off Pro for verified non-profits and OSS maintainers. Email us with proof.
